As a computer science student with a passion for web design, I have always been interested in the creative aspect of technology. Recently, creating websites for people has given me the perfect outlet to express my creativity, and I take pride in delivering high-quality work to my clients.

I started making simple websites when I was just 17 years old, and by the time I was 19, I had sold my first real project to a fast food shop. Two years later, I am proud to have my own web design company. Creating websites allows me to enter a state of complete immersion and flow. The process of taking an idea from concept to reality is both challenging and rewarding, and I love every step of it. Whether I am working on the layout, choosing colours and fonts, or coding the functionality, I am always thinking about how to make the website as user-friendly and visually appealing as possible.

I like to incorporate my femininity into my designs and overall work. As a woman in a male-dominated industry, I take it as my personal mission to empower and inspire the next generation of female IT professionals. When I mention my work in web design and development, I often encounter surprised reactions, but I see this as an opportunity to challenge stereotypes and break barriers. By sharing my skills and knowledge with others, I hope to show that anyone can succeed in STEM fields, regardless of gender.

My interest in technology stems from my dad. I look up to his tech-savviness when it comes to fixing gadgets and other things around the house. When I was little, he was the one who made games for my Nintendo, and my passion for technology grew from there. Not only did I enjoy playing games, but I also helped around the house with all-round maintenance of modern utilities. I even ended up fixing printers and computers for my family, friends, and neighbours.

Helping people achieve their dreams, in most cases online, whether it be creating a website for a small business or designing a portfolio website for an artist, is incredibly fulfilling. Seeing the impact that my work can have on someone's success is another factor that drives me to continue learning and growing in this field. I take pride in delivering the best possible websites that are customised to my clients' specific needs and goals, and my ultimate goal is to help them stand out online with visually stunning and highly functional designs.

Lots of love, Elline.
